  • What is your shipping process?
    All orders are shipped via USPS. A tracking number will be provided when your order has shipped. We are not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages once the items have been accepted by the carrier. Priority and UPS are available at an additional cost.
  • What is your turnaround time?
    As we strive to have products completed in a timely manner, our turnaround time is usually 2-5 business days. However, depending on the complexity of the order, our turnaround time can be up to 10-21 business days. During holiday rush, this is subject to change. When products are posted, we are very open regarding turnaround time. Please remember, products are handmade and may require a little time to create.
  • What is your refund policy?
    All sales on custom items are FINAL. Exchanges or the Issuing of replacement items is available at the discretion of the business. Please be as clear and as detailed as possible when placing your order so that your order will fulfill and/or exceed your expectations. Once the items have been accepted by USPS, UPS, Addisons Productions no longer assumes responsibility or Liability on Items lost or damaged in transit.
